How do you ensure the authenticity of your vintage pieces?
Every item at Bohème Vintage undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection process. Our experts verify labels, construction techniques, hardware, and fabrics to ensure that every piece is a genuine vintage original.
What is the condition of the garments?
Since our collection consists of pre-loved items, some wear is to be expected. We use a standardized grading system (Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good) and clearly note any specific flaws like minor marks or missing buttons in the product description.
How does vintage sizing work compared to modern brands?
Vintage sizing often runs much smaller than modern vanity sizing. To ensure a perfect fit, we provide exact measurements in inches for every garment. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own.
What is your return policy for vintage items?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with the Bohème Vintage security tag attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
